We are 100% human assistants. Once you get paired to your dedicated assistant, you form a relationship with your assistant and they become a part of your team!
Yes! With ChatterBoss you will work with a dedicated assistant to ideally become your right hand, while also having access to our entire team of assistants for additional support and specialized, project-based needs. We also believe in continuity. Therefore we will also offer you a backup assistant in the instance that your dedicated assistant is ever unavailable.
We emphasize the nurturing of our virtual assistant team and experience low turnover as a result. Our assistant retention rate is 90% month over month. Once paired with your dedicated assistant, you will continue with that assistant for the lifetime of our partnership, unless requested otherwise. In the instance of a re-pairing to a new assistant, we may recommend our detailed character assessment at this time to ensure we have all of the details needed to find your best match. When utilizing this assessment, our pairing rate is 97%. If you previously purchased the Assistant Insurance or Advanced Pairing options, the cost of retraining your new assistant is covered.
ChatterBoss provides two levels of back-up assistant support. The first level provides back-up administrative support for limited periods of time when your dedicated assistant is unavailable.
The second level of back-up support, is our back-up manager, who oversees our app communication and is always in the app with you. Even if your dedicated assistant is unavailable for a short period of time and you are in need of a higher level of support, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Every client has an administrative assistant is assigned internally to your dedicated assistant for seamless internal delegation. They're also available to you, upon request, for low intensity process fulfillment/turnkey tasks.
ChatterBoss' Client Success and Administrative teams are available from 9AM to 5PM Eastern Standard Time.
ChatterBoss assistants are independent contractors who set their own availability. If there is a specific need for time zone or availability, please let us know during your onboarding in order for us to identify that during your custom pairing.
The ChatterBoss administrative & backup team is highly responsive: you can expect to hear back from our team in the ChatterBoss app usually within minutes, and always within an hour.

Further discounted packages are available via subscriptions. Should you decide to use the subscription model, you will be billed on Monday of each month for the number of requested hours.
As part of our onboarding process, we discuss your goals and your budget. Based on your needs, we come up with a customized plan to ensure we stay within your budget and so that you may know what to expect.
ChatterBoss has a small 5-hour monthly minimum commitment. This time is only billed to you if you use less than 5 hours per month. The purpose is to create continuity and retention of high quality dedicated support.
Your hours can be viewed in real-time from the 'Time Tracker' tab in the ChatterBoss app.
We partner with a third-party payment processor (e.g. Stripe, Inc.) to manage credit card transactions and do not have access to your credit card information or store that information unless you choose to fill out a separate credit card authorization form giving us that access for making payments on your behalf.
Absolutely. We consider all information related to your account as private as you do; and take extensive measures to ensure you're always protected. Our team of assistants have all signed confidentiality contracts, and are trained in data security. We can provide a signed NDA on behalf of ChatterBoss upon request.
