Lisa Yost

My BA is in English Writing from the University of Pittsburgh, and my MAT is in Elementary Education. I have experience with creative writing, formal writing, and blogging (which is a combination of both). I have taught elementary school students how to write and have conducted writer's workshops to help them learn the skills necessary to be an effective writer. I am a self-identified grammar nerd and enjoy finding grammatical and stylistic errors and turning them into meaningful narratives. My love of the English language propels me to inspire others to give their writing a sense of personality and style, while minding the rules of our incredibly complex language.
