There are two types of people in the world. The people who fling off their covers and jump out of bed ready to start their day and the people who hit snooze once, twice, then have to negotiate with themselves to get up.

Not everyone is a morning person, and that’s OK.

Want to know a secret?

YES, PLEASE!

You don’t have to be a morning person to be successful in your business. You can still drop the kids off at school and make it to soccer practice while growing your business. As a team of administrative experts, it’s our job to help you be as efficient as possible … with the time you have. ⠀

So how can you get it all done?  By time blocking.

TIME BLOCKING?

Yes! When we say “time blocking,” we mean setting aside time on your calendar to sit down and bust out the work that needs to get done. ⠀

SUPER TIP!

Let’s take it one step further: instead of blocking out time at random block out your best hours to create your best work.⠀

Are you the most productive early in the morning before the sun comes up? Use this time to complete your most challenging projects.

Better in the afternoon? Schedule long meetings in the morning so you keep your afternoons free.⠀

Most importantly: when you block out time on your calendar, make sure it’s truly blocked off. That means resisting the urge to squeeze in a dentist appointment. Trust us, you’ll regret it later. Treat these windows of time as a sacred space not cluttered by your to-do list. These blocks are for work only.

What are some of your best tips and tricks for keeping your days productive? How do you plan out your days to minimize stress?⠀

Still struggling to get it all done? Book a complimentary call and we’d be happy to discuss your needs and where we can step in to help.
